How to set it up

  1. Open Levels in the dashboard and choose where XP comes from.

  2. Pick a level curve — quadratic suits most communities.

  3. Add a role perk at levels 5, 15 and 30.

  4. Add an XP boost at the top level as a final reward.

  5. Choose an announcement channel and turn levels on.

  • Tips

    • Space roles further apart as levels get harder, so each one still feels reachable.
    • Give higher roles small perks, like access to a lounge channel.

  • Variations

    • Use points perks instead of roles if you don't want many roles.
    • Use per-tier curves to group levels into ranks.
